Stop, Loss

The set was our great-grandmother’s, hand-made by a master craftsman when she was a little girl. It was to be used only on the most special of occasions. When Thomas shipped out to Iraq, we promised we’d serve his first meal home with it when he returned.
Five years now and we are still waiting.
