Your stories are gemstones, as I've said before. You are able to use the briefest lines, prose that is almost poetry, to limn the deepest human emotions. Here you leave out almost nothing, even though it seems there is almost no information available. This is everything we need to know about this woman, and her loss, and her pain -- her current state.
