I think you’ve put this together very nicely. The title ties everything together, and lets the reader know — or at least allows them to figure out — what happened. “Summer is Your Last Chance” thus takes on a whole new meaning as you see the frenzied ads, (floating in the ether of a dead net, existing in the memory of the protagonist,it’s up to the reader to decide). The structure is spare, balanced, to the point. A good post-Apocalyptic tale.
